Launched Belleville’s first transitional housing for senior men in 2010
Renovated 51 Victoria Avenue, home to both transitional and permanent housing options in 2014

Assumed role in 2018 as Lead agency for Quinte Community and Housing First Partnership, an innovative, supportive housing first model
Formed Joint Venture with private housing developer to create two new affordable housing projects, 32 in Belleville and 15 in Marmora. The partnership is featured on the website of Canada’s National Housing Strategy.
Co-chaired Belleville’s first Housing Summit in 2019
