Fred’s Place (Deloro)
Named after the father of Springale Development, Phil Spry, Fred’s Place will be a new multi-residential apartment building opening December 2025 in the hamlet of Deloro. Following a similar model to Sidney Place and Great St James, Fred’s Place will will be located in an established residential neighbourhood near town. The property is co-owned by All-Together Housing and Springale Development with construction continuing in 2025..
Fred’s Place will offer 15 one bedroom units for low-income seniors as well as a Community Hub, laundry room, office, universal washroom and a storage shed.
