Fred’s Place (Deloro)

Each suite has its own forced air heating and cooling system, giving residents full control over their own comfort year-round. The building also has a Community Hub, laundry room, office and universal washroom.

Named after Springale Development President Phil Spry’s father, Fred’s Place is new multi-residential apartment building in the hamlet of Deloro. Following a similar model to Sidney Place and Great St James, Fred’s Place is located in an established residential neighbourhood near town.
