‘George Street Village is an exciting multi-residential development proposal designed a local private-non-profit partnership looks to increase housing options in Quinte West,’ says Spencer Hutchison, Connect Quinte Chairperson. ‘The proposal considers the growing need for affordable housing options in Quinte West, while putting a great deal of care into designing a community that is inclusive and accessible.’

The project is located in Quinte West, offering a prime location that enhances connectivity and accessibility.

There will be two buildings - one solely for seniors. Buildings will contain a mix of unit sizes - studio, 1-2-3 bedroom units. Each building will also include a laundromat, office space and a Community Hub. Both buildings include a mix of affordable and market rent units.
